Get Moving for Blood Cancer Awareness
Get moving for myeloma! Commit during Blood Cancer Awareness Month (Sept 2021) to become more fit by working out 20 minutes each day, with a team goal of 700,000 minutes. We are setting big goals for September, but as a community we know we can reach for the sky. Each week we will have a "Fitness Friday" where we will focus on awesome health tips such as successful dieting, benefits of water, and more, in our challenge we will have daily tips to encourage new habits and ways of thinking about healthy activities.
Whether walking around your neighborhood, cycling a mountain trail, swimming in a pool, gardening or trying out Yoga for the first time, gardening or playing with your kids and grandkids, any level of activity counts. So long as you stay active for twenty minutes or more!

- Step 1- Download the MoveSpring App
- Step 2- Create a new account (even if you’ve participated in the past)
- Step 3- Once logged in join the challenge and use code “muscles” to join our Free Challenge.
- Step 4- Sync your smartwatch or manually add your active minutes.
- Step 5- Participate in the challenge and chat. Enjoy the community!
