Myeloma Caregiver Chapter

Event Description

Taking care of a loved one can be challenging, especially when someone has a cancer diagnosis such as myeloma. It's easy to get so invested in their care that you forget to take care of yourself. Forgetting self-care and feeling overworked can lead to burnout. Join us as we discuss ways to prevent burnout and provide self-care so that you can feel good and continue to do good.
