HealthTree Moves for Myeloma Chapter

Event Description

Fitness isn't all about physical activity. In order to be in the best shape possible, we also need to improve our emotional health and patterns of thinking. Because a terminal cancer diagnosis can significantly impact mental health, we have invited Susan Ash-Lee to speak to our group about how we can best protect ourselves in this aspect of our lives.

We hope you come to this event with your families and come with the questions that you have in this area of life. We can't wait to see you there.
