Mountain West Myeloma Chapter

Event Description

At the start of the new year, sometimes we set ambitious goals that we don't end up reaching. But having a goal to be stress-free is one we hope to help you keep throughout the year. Join us as we learn from Emotional Coach, Georgia Anderson on how to calm our minds during troubling times. After the presentation, we will have a Q&A session, as well as a group discussion of how we have found ways to live life a little more stress-free. Please bring a journal or something to write with to get the most out of this meeting. This is a Google Meet meeting. You can still join without a Gmail account. If you are joining via mobile, please download the Google Meet App from your App Store.
