Fresh Fruit Dessert Ingredients -3 cups of fresh fruit, sliced or cut (suggestions: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, peaches) -1/4 cup butter -pinch of cinnamon (optional) -agave, honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten (optional) -whipping cream -walnuts (optional) Directions -In a saucepan, melt butter -Once it is melted, add entire fresh fruit. Cook thoroughly, up to five minutes over medium heat. Fruit will become very soft and mushy. Stir frequently. -Add cinnamon, agave, honey or pure maple syrup to taste (optional) -Remove from heat Serving suggestions: Add whipping cream or walnuts. Put over oatmeal, pancakes or waffles. Use as a topping over yogurt. Add to a pie crust for a delicious pie. Cool down and, add yogurt and milk for a smoothie.
